The plan is to offer 10-year visas to wealthy global citizens, affluent retirees and digital nomads who invest in the country.

The fact that Thailand was a paradise for digital nomads was already consolidated for some years. Still, the news about the visas we have to admit is a gamechanger for many nomads interested in this destination!

Here are the game rules: wealthy global citizens must invest at least $500,000 in bonds or real estate and prove they had a minimum income of $80,000 per year. Retirees will need to invest at least $250,000 and earn a minimum of $40,000 per year. 

This paradise is growing without limit and is one step closer to its next leap forward!
